Made in Germany, the entire line of Retinas are beautiful, high quality cameras. This Reflex IV has the more desirable SK 1.9 Retina Xenon lens. The  rig weighs in at just under 2.5 pounds. The overpriced Nikon D50 digital I used to photograph the Kodak, weighs about .75 pounds with an 18-55mm zoom.

The bottom of the leather case is trimmed in chrome.

The camera is equipped with a Gossen light metering system. It works perfectly on this camera. The shutter speed, lens opening settings and match needles are shown in the viewfinder. There’s a Compur – X shutter hooked up with the lens. All very classy and useful.
