Here's a view of Quabbin looking north towards the  southern tip of Prescott Peninsula. Winsor Dam is about 1 mile to the south and  the boat launch at Gate 8 is just out of view on the right side of this picture.  This is a good day for walking and  not so good   Bass  fishing.
